According to a guy I was talking to on IRC last night, he said they blocked Sankaku a few years back, even though that’s just an anime artwork booru/otaku news website.
So I’m guessing it’s not an accident…
The French parliament, it must be noted, just passed a “security law” that prohibits the posting or publication of police officers faces — and journalists are rightly outraged. This would leave a major problem, police brutality, corruption & misconduct, literally “out of site”.
