So there are organizations like stop it now, but I don’t think they focus on a cure to pedophilia.
You can’t “cure” it just like you can’t “cure” a sexual orientation or preference. People said the same thing about homosexuality being “curable”, as though it’s some sort of disease or disorder.
Pedophilia isn’t the same as pedophilic disorder.
As unfortunate as pedophilia may be, it is a fact of life whose existence that society is better off simply coming to terms with and focusing on things that really matter, such as the prevention of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
