Twitter DIDN'T refuse to remove "child porn"

Rather than looking at the New York Post, just look on page 15-22 of the complaint.

It looks like someone on the staff did a negligent job of responding to the exploitative content report.

If you have strict rules and the staff are too overworked or too slack to enforce them, then your strict rules are moot.

As I say, though, Twitter will file a defense, and perhaps we’ll eventually know what it says. I wouldn’t go too far out on a limb until I know whether or not they will admit their staff made an error.
