Am I in trouble or am I just paranoid?

Hey everyone, nice to meet you people. I’m on a burner account but I’ll make this fast. A month ago I uploaded an NSFW video on Streamable.com which got flagged and taken down by the site because they have a policy against NSFW which I wasn’t aware of.

Then suddenly I realized that the video I uploaded had a rather young looking person in it. It was a R34 Blender video of a Final Fantasy character doing the y’know what with a questionable looking male that may have looked like a shota but he wasn’t too short, just skinny like 9S from Nier and his face was blurred out but the FF character was a two or three inches taller than him.

And according to Streamable.com:

Adult Content and Conduct : We do not allow sexually explicit content and activities, including pornography, fetish material, sexual acts, offers or requests for sexual services, or any other content or conduct where the primary purpose is sexual arousal or stimulation. We also prohibit sexual violence and exploitation, including the sharing of non-consensual, sexually exploitative images or videos taken of someone without their knowledge or consent (or that appear as such).

We have a zero tolerance policy for content or conduct that relates to, simulates, or fetishizes sexual exploitation or endangerment of children, no matter the form. A child is defined as someone under the age of 18. If child sexual exploitation is identified, we will act expeditiously to report the violation to applicable authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Enforcement action can include disabling content, terminating accounts of those
*involved or formal legal action depending on the type and severity of the violation.
For first time violators of our community guidelines, typically we will disable the
content and apply a strike to the user’s account. With this enforcement our goal is
to educate the user on the type of content that is and is not permissible on our
platform. We understand that most users do not intend to violate our guidelines
and will continue to post content on our platform that supports our mission of
providing a trusted place for our community of users to contribute and participate
in vibrant positive experiences. In instances where our user continues to violate our
community guidelines, we will terminate their account. For termination of accounts,
depending on the community guideline violation, we apply the three strikes policy
for account termination. In instances of a violation of our child exploitation
guideline, we have a zero tolerance policy. If a user’s account has posted content on
our platform that violates this guideline, we will terminate that account and report
the content to the appropriate officials.

However, Streamable.com never banned me from the site or deleted my account. Out of paranoia I actually did delete my own account on my own volition because I was scared as fuck and I remade one around 15 days ago with the same email just to see if they IP banned my email address or not which they didn’t. It was like eight days when that video got removed and I haven’t been banned since. My copium was that the AI they used just tagged it as regular NSFW, but of course my GAD loves fucking my brain and I’ve been extremely worried about it. My anxiety is telling me “maybe they did report me to the NCMEC but they didn’t ban my account or they’re just taking their sweet ass time to ban my account and report me.”

The reason why I’ve been so worried is because I live in Canada and this stuff is prosecutable but uncommon. However I don’t wanna take any chances so I was just wondering what are my odds here. I haven’t been able to eat, drink or sleep properly until very recently and I’ve been in a rather depressive mood.

Yeah I realized the shit I did was stupid but my anxiety disorder keeps telling me that I’m cooked even though the logic is right here so I’m just wondering what others here think. Also, in no way shape or form am I a pedophile or a MAP. I just like watching pornography but maybe this is a sign that I should be getting off that stuff.

And before you ask where I got that video, it’s literally on google images but it’s also on Rule34 paheal, Rule34 world, and some other sites like Baraag and such. Sorry for the yap but I just wanted some clarity and to vent.

I’ve also heard you’re pretty knowledgeable to this stuff as well @Chie

you’re being paranoid. you’ll be fine.

Hey thanks for replying. But, what makes you say that? Sorry I don’t mean to doubt you but sometimes I can’t see reason when I’m like this and I’d appreciate some insight and feedback.

If they really thought your content was CP they would’ve removed your account entirely, that’s usually what companies do

I don’t think I’ve heard of cases of people being reported by websites and persecuted for that type of content, mostly it’s at airport checks

The NCMEC is busy dealing with serious stuff

Yeah I figured. They did mention a 3 strike policy for their website on most of their TOS except for CSE so I think I’m in the clear then. I’m never downloading and uploading porn again lol.

Sounds like paranoia. Which is understandable given how loudly the antis yell about “MUH CHULDRAIN!!!”

It’s not even that it’s just because of Canada’s retarded laws over fictional depictions of characters, I might get a slap in the wrist since I’ve heard the NCMEC takes in anything and transfers it the respective countries police agencies, unless I’m wrong. That is if I was reported for what I did.

Now at least on Rule 34, every character posted should be depicted as 18 plus but I doubt that makes it any better :sob:

These weeks had been just sleepless nights ngl

Stressing the importance of VPNs and anonymous email accounts (meaning not Google, Yahoo, or other major (spy companies in bed with 3 letter agencies) companies).

Canada can be very harsh. A 21 year old was meant to be sentenced to one year in prison for merely visiting a website with that content. He ended up getting 6 months due to a plea deal.

On Wednesday, Mr. Tourangeau 's client received his sentence for pleading guilty to accessing child pornography in 2018 and 2019. The 21-year-old from Jonquière, with no prior criminal record, had browsed a manga site and branched off to the hentai sharing network, which also earned him a more serious trafficking charge punishable by a minimum sentence of 12 months.

“He was mainly a victim of his unhealthy curiosity,” explained Mr. Tourangeau . "While consulting manga sites, he came across hentai manga. But his sexological evaluation revealed no deviance of the kind usually found in those who use child pornography.

The individual was sentenced by Judge Pierre Lortie to the minimum term of six months in prison for simple possession, less one day he had already served.

Canada is a shit hole. That dude had no criminal record and was not a pedophile, so the most harmless case in the universe (yes, being a pedophile matters for the justice system - a sad fact) and still such an insane ruling.

That’s lowkey retarded. In BC they dropped charges for a man for possessing actual CSAM that portrayed boys but he got it easy because he only had a small amount of images which is crazy to hear. The dude only got 18 months of house arrest.

Also how did the guy even get arrested for what he did? Seems a bit suspicious and funny how the cops decided to monitor a hentai site out of all places. Instead of taking their time to help actual children they do this shit.

There’s no actual “justice” in the justice system. It’s whoever they don’t like, whoever they feel needs to be removed from society, or whether or not they need a “win” to justify their jobs. Making the prosecutors, occifiers, and judges happy. But to go after victimless fiction with the same zeal is where the train runs off the track.
