So I did registry in a forum for people sexually attracted to underage people thinking it was just a normal forum for people but then I saw this thread:

Sex, unlike driving a car, is a natural act. It’s really very simple. As for the STDs, pregnancy, etc., a decent sex education is sufficient.
As for getting better at it, there is no reason a minor can’t wait until they have the maturity to deal with an older, more experienced partner. This won’t necessarily prevent abuse or being overwhelmed by that person, but at least it is between consenting adults.
As has been discussed previously, people mature at different ages. However, to keep the subjectiveness of maturity from being abused, an age has been selected for a clear line between consent or no consent. That age can vary but it is easy to confirm or refute a person’s eligibility for consent.
