Are We About To See A Wave Of "Obscenity" Prosecutions?

This article here seems to be implying that we’re about to see the biggest wave in “obscenity” prosecutions and that federal prosecutors are just waiting for AG Bill Barr to give them the green light.
I don’t trust the guy to wait along for much longer, since he seems to be a guy who thinks that America should be a theocracy.
Not to mention, a LGBT essayist named Brynn Tannehill is worried that if they get away with banning pornography, next on the chopping block will be any content that says it’s okay to be LGBT.

Depends where the money on Invest in Child Safety Act is spent on. If it’s only used to protect minors, only obscenity law that would be strictly enforced would be USC 1470, which is sending obscene material to minors. But I guess with this influx of money, there is a risk that some portion could be used to prosecute victimless crimes like consensual adult pornography that is “icky”. Just make it clear we want Invest in Child Safety Act to be used exclusively to take down sex traffickers, chomos, and to prosecute CSAM offenders. The influx of money is good, but it mustn’t be squandered.

I don’t trust the Trump Administration, and especially not the secularism-hating Barr to not decide to use it to kill porn altogether…
I respect Wyden’s bill, but I’m afraid that he’s opening Pandora’s Box…
