Is this a good idea, to keep children and antis out of NSFW spaces? Or is it a bad idea, requiring users to create accounts and putting their privacy at risk?
Keeping antis out of all MAP spaces is always a great idea! Making an account is easy. Your privacy is no more at risk than having an account on here. Even when it comes to people with accounts, in every place, there are too many lurkers and some trolls.

Except we got a problem…apparently you now require to buy premium upgrade account so you can view NSFW images. I’m guessing whoever thought was Good idea is now greedy money.
Edit: also to clarify I saw this post and decided to create a account to let anyone or perhaps maybe if you reading this to let them know what has changed in ATFbooru.moe
I’m fairly sure ATF doesn’t charge for anything. Creating an account is no big deal. You can still remain anonymous.

Hm? Are you familiar with my previous experiences on the ATF Booru? Because this happened to me. According to Admin, I’m the first and only user (to my knowledge) to have been banned, then unbanned, then promoted to Approver.

Because the community believes in second chances. I feel like us MAPs are more empathic than most. Definitely not the monsters the world paints us as. Those monsters don’t come into these spaces. Nothing satisfies their sadistic desires. Not lolicon and not dolls. I consider them (statistically a close friend or family member of the victim) “opportunistic feeders” like a bear or a shark.
You apparently have limits on what you approve or disapprove of when it comes to fantasy and fictional content. I have certain preferences also. I prefer more wholesome stuff. There are some things I may not like. I stay out of those threads like nepi/toddler/tentacle lolicon. Or anything lewd that’s getting too realistic. These are “no judgement” zones. Everyone is free to enjoy whatever fantasy they like. So long as it stays there!
