Event that Conflicts with the Pretext to Ban Dolls

There is a story going around about a man who left an unlocked phone at a restaurant that had videos of him exploiting young boys he had, somehow, sedated.

I guess that if he had not left his phone, the phone had been locked or he had not left videos on the phone, he’d still be at large.

Anyway, the pretext to ban dolls relies on a fairytale that entails an emotional aspect–such as overpowering, screaming and distress. The report of this event conflicts with that fairytale. In fact, I wonder whether doll ownership could have played a roll in prevention.

A doll could play the part of a sedated, limp body perfectly. Doll use would have resulted in no harm.

Here’s the report.
