Hey everyone! I was curious if any of your know how google search deals with drawn content? I just noticed that a lot of content of that nature got delisted from a particular website. Do they actually seek anime content out and forward to NCMEC? And what do they do about people who look up that content?

Yes. They scan their services for Cartoon depictions and also forward this material:
Google keeps a record of your searches and forwards them to law enforcement. That is how you get some of those memes where police read out loud the history. DuckDuckGo does not save anything.

Thanks! So like if someone googled a weird hentai they would be forward to NCMEC? Though I would think law enforcement get people’s search histories because of a subpoena in those meme cases.
Unlikely, since normal hentai is typically adult-ish characters. Searching loli/toddlercon on goggle would not be advisable.

I mean, that’s what I was looking up. Like specific titles from nhentai on google search. Some results did show up… I hate that I even have to ask, but should I be concerned?
