Can I considered myself a Map even being a lolicon with no attraction to real people? I never understood that

No, I don’t think so.

Thats the worst thing of being a lolicon, you get most of the cons of the real pedophiles, and none of the pros :frowning:

There are pros to being a paedophile?

I think he means being able to participate in good science and contribute to a wealth of findings that humanizes non-offending or virtuous pedophiles.

Good research like this may guide policy on dolls, sexual expression, and free speech.

That too, other pros of being a paedophile? Well, let’s put like this, at least you can talk with the source of your attraction T_T Or have unlimited source of images of her (not talking about erotic images, just to be clear). See, never say that things can’t get worse, because you always can be me. But in any case, nothing of that is THAT bad, like, at least all of us can laugh of our own problems XD

I’ve been given flak for defending pedophilia and pedophiles’ rights to sexual expression and indulgence in the absence of harm, often times detractors arguing that them having erotic fiction and dolls is, in and of itself, form of harm (which isn’t true at all).

Bottom line is, there’s no empirical evidence that I’ve seen to support or claim that a causal relationship between the commission of sex crimes and pornography consumption.
Period.
Aside from coincidental correlations, there is no meaningful link between the two.

You don’t need to be a pedophile to understand what a civil rights violation is, or that censorship of the mind and the arts is not now, nor has ever been, and likely will never be a productive endeavor.

I totally agree with you, and I may be changing the subject here, and sorry for that. But what you said there just remember me of something. I’m of the opinion that there is no “place of speech”, I think that appeal to authority is a very bad fallacy. Anyway, everyone, even those without access to education, can understand any subject and speak great truths about it, simply using logical reasoning. Everyone has the right to have an opinion about anything. Of course, this doesn’t mean that everyone is right in what they believe. But to say that a person “has no right” to express an opinion, in my option is simply absurd.

I agree with you that every one should have a right to express an opinion, but I constantly self censor myself since any conversation about child attraction and pornography will be met with great moralist horror. It’s just safer to never voice that opinion out loud.
