Misskey and bluesky just as bad if not worse than twitter for artists?

A mass ban wave currently happening on bluesky for anything mildly lewd even with sensitive settings and few weeks ago jp artists on misskey were hit hard and migrated to Bluesky. Bluesky removed it’s invitation system so artists were interested in trying it out, didn’t work out well. I can only guess both bluesky and misskey being heavily moderated by real people is a big reason why, unlike twitter which is all automated crap.

Hell yahoo is currently dropping articles about it.

lol! I was just recently banned from Bluesky for no reason, and all I did was follow some ecchi artists, kemono artists, etc. and reply a few times to political-screeching with the most mild, likeable replies I could muster. I tried to login recently (because they signed me out) and found out my account there is gone!

Ok, I just checked my email and they did send an email about it:

(my username) was reviewed by Bluesky content moderators and assessed as promoting hateful content or being disruptive to other users, which is in violation of our Community Guidelines

LOL

Should I ask why you even trusted Bluesky to begin with?

I’d never heard of Bluesky. I don’t know anything about it.
Independent, private Matrix servers, where everything is encrypted, and private, non-federated, communities are the safest thing for any of that. Still not the best option. Question always is how to find these small communities.
