It is unlikely these “initiatives” have a relationship, or much of one, with this site. It’s an opportunity for kooks to push ideas using their names. The presentation is misleading and implies a primary E.U. affiliation for some or more of these. They might receive money from the U.K directly or indirectly.
“Arica” appears to have a mostly empty site. It is unclear who they are or what they do. From what is visible, they appear to have strong associations with law enforcement.
Quite suspiciously, groups with a more progressive leaning are not mentioned.
