We kind of doubt it. Sex dolls are a very… niche product, unlike child pornography (which people have actuall tried to challenge on constitutional grounds decades ago) and lolicon which are far more popular.
The issue with any sort of challenge is that if you fail, then you kind of lose your plea bargain, which means you end up getting a far heavier sentence. I hate that system so much, but it is what it is.
