I only post about this subject here.

And considering Ron DeSantis’ Florida made sex crimes punishable by death…

Lol WHAT?

O yeah I heard about that! I think it was for child rapists? I disagree with the state killing its own people, I am opposed to death penalty (glad my state does NOT do this) and I am opposed to this even if I dislike child rapists (though I am much more OK with the ones who are pleasant women! hehe)

-All porn should be outlawed.
-“Transgender ideology” sexualizes children.
-Sexual expression should not be protected by the First Amendment
-Porn users are all child predators and misogynists who exploit women.
-Porn has the same effects as addictive drugs.
-Porn producers and distributers should be imprisoned.
-Educators and librarians who view porn should become registered sex offenders.

This is crazy stuff and I hate seeing Americans with such beliefs, because I fear that these beliefs are growing in mind-share (not in my state, but in others certainly), and because Americans should be some of the last people to want government to guard whether they can see sex on their computer…

It bothers me that some states are already passing stupid laws to do this. They sign stupid laws and then gain the power to sue a company just for allowing people within their state to see sex on the internet. This is why sites like PornHub refuse service in such states, because the alternative is to force users from that state to send their driver’s license to a 3rd party company… which is insane. Think about it… sending your state ID to a company, just to see boobies. This is what these people enabled!

It is really hilarious because the state trusts you to keep your ID secret,
Yet here they are, telling companies to ask for YOUR ID or risk being sued by YOUR state.

I should add that the method of deciding whether a person is in a state or not is inherently unreliable, and even if it were, this can be bypassed with a proxy, like a Vpn, or Tor. I’m sure many of you use these already.

The rest of the sex-related things in project 2025 are ridiculous, I don’t think I need to comment further about how stupid and un-American it is.

IIRC, Trump made one comment about project 2025 and it was that he doesn’t agree with it. Frankly I am not surprised, I don’t think Trump cares about almost anything related to porn, at least, not until someone makes a deal with him to support some legislation (such as something in project 2025).
And there are some people in his cabinet who showed support for project 2025. and clearly there are people in state and local government around the US who think the same way that the project 2025 lunatics think.

In fact the FBI recently charged a man for using Stable Diffusion (AI) to generate explicit images of children, and for sending that to an actual minor (a teenager on the internet).

The problem, obviously, is the fact that the FBI handed him some sort of child porn charge, for the images he generated.

Fucking crazy! It means that my computer might now have “child porn” because I generated AI images of nude breastfeeding, using input data that contains no real children. I’ve also done 3D renders of such things, so maybe this is illegal too? I have and never will negatively affect a child ever in my life, because I don’t like kids (not in that way!), I don’t even like 2D lolis (shocker!)
Anyway, my AI images were rather stylized, I used a model that wasn’t quite photo-realistic. But it must still be CP, right? Maybe my 3D renders are also too real now?

Do I REALLY need to call a lawyer just to know my rights? I mean, to know my risk?

I bet I’d get different answers from each lawyer, too, because that’s what happens when I’ve read lawyers on the internet (real ones, not fakes) giving their opinion, it is always one of these three positions, and with equal distribution:
Yes, it is illegal,
no, it is legal,
and “it depends”,

@Some_Guy just want to say that I like your profile pic, I don’t watch cartoons a lot but I happen to have seen some episodes of that one during a rough time (medical issues), it’s a cute show and it makes me a lil happy to see an image of it again. The brown tomboy is my favorite. I forgot the name of the show, can you refresh my memory?

I can only hope they stop pursuing this religious puritanism. Laws shouldn’t be based on religious ideas. Basic decency of treating others like you would want to be treated, should be the basis for all human cultures. I would think that covers most negative behaviors for the most part.
-don’t murder
-don’t hit
-don’t steal or destroy someone else’s things (respect)
-be honest, don’t tell lies, don’t cheat in general
-don’t be mean, vindictive, or bear false witness
-don’t cheat on your spouse or with anyone’s spouse
-don’t have sex with pre-adults or animals

These seem like fairly basic tenants of how to get along with one another. What people do in the privacy of their own home shouldn’t be anyone’s business. And if people’s kids are unsupervised on the internet, that’s the parent’s fault! I know a DL is for certain a way to prove someone’s at least over 17 (16 in some states). But to have to open yourself up to more overreach from gov. isn’t fair either. Wind up on a secret “porn watchers” list. Basically all this gov. spying and overreach needs to end!!

With all people’s private information that’s in databases online and used for analytics, marketing, and gov. spying. All the breaches that happen daily. Yet they still can’t stop online predators? They’ve got everyone’s IPs tagged. Unbridled cell phone access and emails. What more do they want?

Everyone drive electric cars so we have overlord control and can shut them off at will! “For your own safety” is always the excuse they use to implement all of the continuing Orwellian overreaching control. Remember the movie “I Robot”? “Enemy of the State”? “Minority Report”? This is where we live now.

With prosecutors always arguing “intent” vs. actual events and evidence nowadays. Always supposing and surmising things that haven’t happened with such a high level of paranoia to be almost paralyzing. That someone, somewhere, “has”, “is”, or “will” break the law! Based on circumstantial at best, ideas of what someone “might”, “could”, or “likely” be up to, turning everyone into a criminal. Criminalizing everything!

All with zero facts or research to back up any of those statements. All based on “beliefs”.

All that runs congruent with the misguided doll laws that run along those same anti-porn/anti-sex religious morality views. They want to use doll laws to circumvent the 4th Amendment, allowing for instant, warrantless search-and-seizure actions against them. No different than gun registration type laws, so if and when the gov. decides, they can come and take them all way from everyone.

They falsely assume that ALL people who own child-like dolls are:
-“pedophiles” (in the worst, most misused, conflated, misguided sense and use of the word)
-posses CSAM
-child predators
-having sex with the doll
-practicing raping children
-enabling a greater drive to offend (have sex with a child/reinforcing addictive behavior)

Which can ALL be proven false back by research and facts! Because you can never have an “x” applied to “all”. There are always exceptions.

TBH, many people are having sex with their doll(s). Not EVERYONE! None of them have any desire to offend or harm a real child. Most are MAPS who love children for who they are as children. Cute, fun, and beautiful! They satisfy any sexual desires toward them with their surrogate(doll). That’s where it ends. They may like to look, but looking never harmed anyone. Kids doing kid things.

CSAM harms everyone. I agree, people engaging with it, predators, and offenders need to be prosecuted and punished. However, woodchipper memes, bullet memes as “a cure…”, and all other horrific things people can dream up for these people; are really twisted, demented, and sick!
Attraction is not action. Many who suffer from these psychiatric disorder we call MAP. Are not the perpetrators of these things.

" In popular usage, the word pedophilia is often applied to any sexual interest in children or the act of child sexual abuse, including any sexual interest in minors below the local age of consent or age of adulthood, regardless of their level of physical or mental development.[1][2]: vii [6] This use conflates the sexual attraction to prepubescent children with the act of child sexual abuse and fails to distinguish between attraction to prepubescent and pubescent or post-pubescent minors.[7][8] Such use should be avoided, because although some people who commit child sexual abuse are pedophiles,[6][9] child sexual abuse offenders are not pedophiles unless they have a primary or exclusive sexual interest in prepubescent children,[7][10][11] and many pedophiles do not molest children"

We need to get people straightened out on their false idea of that word and use the proper ones.

Getting back to harmless doll(surrogate) owners.
They also have a deep love and caring for their surrogate. Engaging in fantasy role-play either sexual in nature or playing house like a family. Like many other of us do. We DON’T have sex with our surrogates. Many are just another member of their family. Or a surrogate family for those of us who are alone in life. Even people that have actually lost children use them as surrogates. They are very therapeutic and comforting. We really do love them and truly have no interest in harming or going after real children.

The idea of a predator grooming a child using a doll as a tool is no different than the use of candy, rewards, drugs, alcohol, or porn. The bad people are going to use anything they can to coerce them into doing something the predator knows is wrong. Kids feel when it’s wrong but many times are uncertain and just go with things.

The only way to protect them is to teach them that not everyone wants to be their friend. What to watch out for. That people are not always sincere in what they say to you. And monitor they’re internet usage. All these net-nanny tools available and no one uses them. The kids no how to get around them and have a better understanding of technology than their parents do! Which is the biggest problem that’s never going away!

Only thing parents can do is raise them to know right from wrong. Unfortunately most parents are lazy and use the tv, and now babies with iPads, and let them free range on the computer as their babysitter. Instead of spending time with them and getting them involved.

Especially in regards to gun control and abortion:

In his first term, at least, you can see his more Democratic views on both.

Ronald Reagan, whom the modern GOP lionizes/deifies, was pro-gun control:

To quote Reagan himself:

There is absolutely no reason why out on the street today civilians should be carrying a loaded weapon.

Also, Trump has openly bragged about his handpicked SCOTUS justices revoking Roe v. Wade. Taking away national abortion protections (which has led to numerous deaths and cripplings already) is something Trump caused via his first term, and is something he is openly proud of.

Communist Romania banned abortion. It caused untold misery and strife:

Trump = Ceaușescu. Fuck Ceaușescu, and fuck Trump too.

Also, the unholy flying fuck is a “radical Democrat”? Democrats are ineffective cowardly milquetoasts. It’s like all these idiots calling Harris a “communist”. What fucking communist is beholden to corporate donors and supports Goddamn Israel, or Taiwan against actual Communist China for that matter? How did the party of Ronald “won the Cold War” Reagan become such blithering simps for fucking Russia?

Why does everyone think they’ve banned abortion? It’s now up to the states to decide. Just because the Federal gov. decided not to forcefully allow it everywhere. They’ve basically said to the states, do what you want, we don’t care!

Yeah, and leaving it to the states has already gotten several women killed. We needed a Constitutional Amendment codifying national abortion rights yesterday. But feckless, arrogant Democrats dragged their feet and allowed Roe v. Wade get overturned by dickheaded Republicans.

There are some things that are non-negotiable, such as when people’s lives are on the line.

Fuck “states rights”. That bullshit is what the Confederacy used to justify slavery and secession (I say this as a Virginian, FUCK THE CONFEDERACY). It’s fucking evil, and Trump and his supporters have been fucking bragging about this shit. Straight-up mocking women and saying garbage like “your body, MY choice” (side note, double fuck Nick Fuentes).

Any state who bans abortion is no better than Communist Romania. Fuck Communist Romania, and fuck these neo-Confederate wannabes. The Annoying fucking Orange fucking outlasted the Goddamn Confederacy. It’s not just a shameful part of Southern history, it’s an outright embarrassment.

And yet we all have to live with different state’s gun laws rather than just the straight up 2nd Amendment too! Everyone should have the right to own. There needs to be a “crazy” test at the point of purchase or some system to weed out the nuts (Californians). Then everyone can open carry, putting a stop to most crime in it’s tracks. You still can’t shoot people over road rage. Just rape, robbery, battery, and attempted murder.

Name one state that fully outright bans owning any kind of firearm whatsoever. You can’t, because the 2nd Amendment guarantees the right to bear arms. Meanwhile, several red states have enforced nigh-total bans on abortion, directly resulting in the deaths, injuries, illnesses, and disfigurements of countless women and girls and the abandoning of God-knows how many unwanted/unplanned newborns. An abortion amendment would quash such bans.

Like I said, this is some Communist Romania shit. I completely disrespect any state attempting to mold itself in the same vein as Communist Romania. Remind those responsible for these abortion bans what happened to the Ceaușescus:

“…the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

They are infringed upon in most states. Any state where you need a “permit” to own a firearm is an infringement. Many states make it extremely difficult to purchase a firearm. Which then leads to gun registries and the possibility of gov. overreach. Which like, never happens, right? Law enforcement personnel are oh so honest and forthcoming! (Why is it they’re allowed to lie to you, but it’s illegal to lie to them? Doesn’t sound like the same rules to me.)

Allowing authorities to carry everywhere while restricting citizens those same rights is an infringement. “Oh, but then crazy people can get guns too!” True. There could very well be many more deaths if anyone could walk in and buy a gun. But if everyone or most people had them, there would be a huge deterrent for “crazy”.

There should be some criteria that needs to be met. Waiting periods, some sort of required training with firearms and knowledge of the laws regarding them like situations where they shouldn’t be used, background checks for felony history. The problem is the overlap of serious and not so serious crimes being put in the same categories. A vague law that says something like “…including injury and/or death” is where the problem lies. A sprained finger is quite different than death. If both qualify as a felony, there’s the problem.

White collar, financial crimes being categorized as felonies is a problem. Any non-violent act shouldn’t be considered a felony. Definitely should be a psych exam!

If they’re allowing states to infringe upon the 2nd Amendment than why not let states infringe upon anything they like? I don’t disagree that no state or federal gov. shouild decide what medical treatment a person wants for themselves. But tit for tat now! Get rid of states rights to infringe on personal freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.

The Second Amendment also mentions maintaining a well-oiled Militia composed of Citizens instead of having a proper standing Army. But, uh, the US has LONG since ignored that part of the 2A in favor of having an actual army. If anyone wants to adhere so strictly to 2A Absolutism, I’d argue that this would entail the dissolution of our current military and the introduction of a mandatory draft system similar to South Korea to rebuild it (all able-bodied South Korean men must perform some military service. Even male K-Pop stars are military trained).

For the record, I’m not in favor of being a “gun-grabber” (as the saying goes: “go far enough to the left, you get your guns back”). I’m just concerned with potential nuances in regards to bearing arms. The Founders intended for 2A to mean citizens could own not just muskets, but cannons and warships. The modern equivalent would be citizens owning machine guns, attack helicopters, and nuclear submarines. And I hesitate to agree that the Founders would’ve been okay with every American citizen just getting to have their own nukes and such.

The idea is to keep tyranny from taking hold. The idea that citizens and law enforcement aren’t on equal ground is where it can take hold. The way they’ve made laws whereby you can get pulled over and harassed, have property seized with no cause or evidence that you’ve committed a crime is really bad.

That they can barge into your home before talking to you and showing you the warrant, giving you 5 minutes to read it, then grab whatever they find regardless of the warrant’s parameters, is really bad.

That they can then charge you with additional crimes, drag you off to jail, and incur major legal expenses for you based on assumptions, then later learn that they were wrong and all you get is maybe an apology; is really bad.

The idea that law enforcement is given carte blanc to screw up your life with hardly any recourse, is really bad.

The DEA should not be allowed to bust down your door because you wrote a $10,500 check to pay real estate sales tax, without first sending a bean counter to meet with you, is really bad.

There are many restrictions on the ability to defend myself in my own home. Call 911. They’re 30 minutes away. The crime is over in 2 minutes before anyone can make a call. I should be able to own anything they can to keep things on equal footing. To thwart any attempt at tyranny. But that’s not the case. They won’t let anyone own a tank.

I’m tired of splitting hairs with people over the blatant tyranny that has already pervaded every aspect of life to one degree or another in our country. All in the name of “keeping people safe”. Attempting to normalize all of it. I’m probably way off topic by this point in all the hair splitting.

Look man, if I want my backyard to have a credible nuclear deterrent I should be allowed under the 2A to have functional nuclear triad as my god given right as an American citizen

Yeah? And two American rednecks not properly trained in handling nuclear armaments (cuz, y’know, requiring a license to handle weaponry and machinery is “unconstitutional regulation”) will get into a drunken pissing match and complete MAD upon each other, which would inspire further incidents of neighborly WMD and quickly cause a nuclear Holocaust.

The Founders could not have possibly foreseen that humanity would one day craft weapons that could very, VERY easily cause the annihilation of all life on Earth. I think the Founders would’ve reconsidered the wording of the Second Amendment if they’d considered such a possibility. A musket is not a machine gun, a cannon is not an attack helicond a warship is not a nuclear submarine.

This is the world anti-regulation libertarians want, and frankly, it might be even more destructive than the authoritarianism that comes with Marxism–Leninism or Fascism:

Y’know, there’s a reason libertarians are stereotyped as child molesters and human traffickers. Age of consent and anti-slavery laws count as “regulation”…

Anti-gun folks have been trying to gain traction using the musket arguement. If we were to apply it then anything other than a musket would be banned for everyone, including authorities. No more body armor, flash-bang, smoke, or tear gas grenades. No armored vehicles. Just flint lock muskets, single shot pistols, and cannons. And silly uniforms.

You might be in the wrong forum? Throwing any one group into a dumpster is ignorant. Then again, can’t argue that I don’t feel the same way about libertards? They’re fascists in favor of totalitarianism and dictatorship.

That honestly sounds badass.

I mentioned before that I would rather live in the Fallout or even Man in the High Castle worlds than in the Shimoneta world.

I forgot that some European countries like Switzerland, require 2 years military service from everyone once they graduate their version of HS. I think it’s a great idea! Americans need more discipline in their lives. Self control. There would be no “Karens”.

All I said was that arguments in favor of deregulation inevitably lead to the logical conclusion of dismantling all regulations entirely. The same way that arguing in favor of more regulation inevitably leads to accusations of totalitarianism. The key is “balance”. Not all regulation is good, not all regulation is bad. We need to have the wisdom to know where the line is and not cross it. I find “we need to let the government take away ALL guns” about as braindead as “all citizens should be able to bare NUCLEAR arms”.
