Yes, basically ‘normal’ adults would look at lolis and think something like “Wow! this little girl is very sexy… Wait a minute! What am I saying? This lolicon thing is evil! is turning me into a pedophile! 
” Still, the reason they find the loli sexy is not because she is a child, but because she has sexual characteristics, which real children doesn’t have. Anyway, I believe you all got the idea, but it doesn’t hurt to clarify again, right? :3
