Want to discuss my situation

I recently got permanently suspended on discord, I was chatting with someone in DM about Loli/shota in a mutual like minded manner and shared 3dcg material. They reported me. For the last few days I’ve been freaking out over police coming to my place and my life being ruined from then on. I would like to know if anyone has info on the overall chance of law enforcement showing up for me.
I don’t have an attraction to minors and I firmly believe in a distinct line between fiction and reality. It’s been hard to focus and I haven’t been eating right since. If I get out this situation unscathed I’m going full cold turkey 100% this has been horrible for my mental and emotional states.

Most Lolicons are not into 3D. They were probably disgusted since Loli/shota has a very stylized appearance unlike 3D material (which I imagine was a more realistic style?).

Honestly, I also think if that is the case that you are also in denial about your attraction, but I do not wanna decide that.

Is that material illegal where you live, or why are you scared? Do you live in the EU? If so then you can check your ban reason in the DSA database simply enter your Discord ID: https://dsa.discord.food/

I live in the US. Ever since Ive just been using the internet in completely normal sense.

Then you have nothing to fear anyways. As far as I know Discord only forwards real CSAM, so as long as it is clearly recognizable as fiction then nobody cares.

That’s good to hear from at least one person. I’m done with this stuff, I’ve got other less legally dubious fetishes to indulge in.

Is fictional 2d and 3d content not considered csam in most US states?

No, it has to depict an “identifiable minor” which means an actual child, a real person. Fictional content can only ever be obscenity, but that has to be decided in a court and is therefor assumed legal by default.

Well Discord banned me for Child Safety. Just to give further context, I had a blank reasoning as I had posted a video.

The same exact thing happened to me. I posted realistic (but still fictional) loli on Discord, and was automatically banned by their AI. I have since learned my lesson and now refuse to send anything over Discord that might trigger their AI detection. Other messaging apps seem better suited for realistic loli (Session, Signal, Telegram, etc.), tho they’re also notorious for spreading actual CSAM, so watch out!

You’re shit outta luck if you want your Discord account back. Loli is technically against Discord TOS regardless, so it does matter if it’s fictional. You ain’t getting your Discord account back, so make s new one and move on. Hope you didn’t have any close friends you could only communicate with on Discord that you can’t remember their usernames! Now I record all my friends’ usernames (and note: their USERNAMES, not the display names. Those are two different things), in case I ever get banned again.

The police will not visit you over fictional content. Discord might send a report, but the cops won’t bother once they see it’s not actual CSAM. My ban happened on Valentine’s Day, months ago. You’ll prolly be fine. And even if you do get a visit, as long as you have only fictional content, it likely won’t be anything that serious.

Regardless, sorry this happened bud. I know the feeling :people_hugging:

Non sequitur, but I agree. I’m greatly amused by creators who claim to only attracted to fictional anime-style cartoons yet make animations with realistic models. Methinks there’s a bit of a disconnect between their actions and words, savvy?

Blank reasoning? Then it’s likely that person did not report you and it was indeed Discord’s AI automatically flagging whatever you posted. I’ve heard it happening even to people posting 18+ people who just happen to look young. Like I said, your only option is to make a new Discord account and move on, learning to avoid posting such things to Discord in the future.

I had the animation because of the futanari aspect, it was a woman and her child. I like adult women in my stuff.

I saw your posts before glad you seem.better.

@Giacobbe I’m kinda in the same situation but I’m in Canada where they do treat it illegally but cases are far and between. However my saving grace was that I wasn’t banned in the platform I uploaded it on and the content didn’t even look like a loli/shota, just a skinny and petite dude.

Streamable.com apparently has a no NSFW rule and apparently they have zero tolerance for CSAM of all kinds, but they didn’t ban me so ig they considered it to be a non issue and just took down the video with their AI and so far I haven’t had anyone knocking on my door for nearly two months now.

Although I am still a bit worried lmao
