Do you guys literally increase donations based on getting criticized?

So… this is the weirdest “child protection charity” I have ever met. In our QAnon FB group it’s a running joke. Is this a legit organization or is it a prank of some kind? Can’t make up my mind. I can’t fathom why a “child protection charity” would be opposed to criminalizing possession of child sex dolls. Virtually every other child protection charity I am aware of either takes a neutral or in favor stance to criminalization.

Someone in our group also mentioned every time we post a “hate” comment aka comment that is critical, they get more donations. WTF is the point of that? If it’s true.

Because criminalizing complex sex dolls does nothing to protect children or anyone.

Don’t worry, the feeling is mutual; QAnon is considered a joke (a sick and dangerous one) by those who actually work in child protection. And in your echo chamber of conspiracy theories, it’s not surprising that you would find yourself bemused by our evidence-based, anti-stigma approach. But yes, you can be assured that we are for real and that our approach is aligned with the scientific mainstream. Here is a post where we identify the main misunderstandings that are found in QAnon ideology. Maybe share this on your group?

Oh and yes, whenever antis try to “expose” us, we end up getting more donations from people who didn’t realise that a pro-prevention, pro-human rights, sex-positive approach to this topic existed.

You are free to run your organization however you’d like. But as it has been said time and time again, 85% of people want child sex dolls to be criminalized in some form or fashion. That same poll also showed only 4% of people want it legalized with 11% don’t know/neutral. You are not going to get many donations if this is how you want to run. Going against the fiber of democracy is a way to be very unpopular. When 85% hypermajorities want something banned, it’s fundamentally authoritarian (borderline fashy) and anti democratic to overrule that 85%. Our voices matter.

That’s absolutely fine, we specifically exist because other child protection groups support laws and policies that infringe minority rights. So it is not unusual that we will enjoy only a minority’s support. An approach based on criminalization and censorship, rather than prevention, will likely always be more popular. That doesn’t make it right.

Well, have fun, you are not getting a single dime from people QAnon followers which we represent a huge number of people. We have deep pockets. But I suppose it’s your choice. Unlike most other Q members, I don’t have a very strong opinion on child sex dolls, but if you somehow manage to prove to me that these repulsive tools of the devil are a necessary evil, meaning they reduce crime, I may reconsider my desire to criminalize them.

Here is a tip: I don’t know why I’m giving advice to this cringe “child protection” organization, but one way to significantly increase donation dollars is to take advantage of public anger. Many of us, myself include, and probably a lot of anti offending pedophiles on your forum would support sentencing child molesters to be raped.

Try and see if a campaign to deliberately advocate for legalizing the sentencing of these child predators to get a taste of their own medicine works. The vast majority of QAnon followers I know believe child molesters should be raped, castrated and executed and I hold one such belief. Hell if you put forth a convincing campaign to do so, you may even get legit QAnon followers to support even if we find the attempt to decriminalize child sex dolls repulsive. No other child protection organization is calling for these child predators to be raped and killed, but maybe you could be a first.

Thanks for the unsolicited advice. We will never support rape, and do not want the support of anyone who does.

Well, I’m out. Ok you won’t get a single fucking cent from me then. Child rapists are some of the worst ex-humans out there and the fact you won’t even support the concept of giving them a taste of their own medicine as a way to garner more support speaks volumes.

Yes, we won’t support something that would amount to a serious war crime. Shocking.

You will never help victims of rape by perpetuating rape culture.

It speaks to them being anti-rape, which is something I can get behind as a human with a functional moral compass.

There is no justification for rape. Thus proposal does not reduce harm, it does not prevent abuse, it does not better the world, it only serves to fulfil your revenge fantasies.

Bro… you are being super cringe… A screenshot was posted in our group of this conversation. They are mocking you lol. We don’t really see why of all people, an organization that advertises itself as a child protection charity would advocate AGAINST giving predators a taste of their own medicine. I mean it’s ok to be neutral on it, but to be AGAINST it strikes us as weird as hell. I decided to make an account and check out the full story. Doesn’t seem to make the situation any better man. What would be a “war crime” in one nation is not a “war crime” in another. Either way, legality =/= morality.

Lucille, I can’t emphasize enough how little the mockery of a group like QAnon matters to us.

That’s the funny thing lmao. Even though this organization KNOWS almost no one agrees with their view on child sex dolls, they still stuck with it. Even though they get tons of heat, they still stick with it. 85% vs 4%, and they chose to represent the 4%.

Being the majority doesn’t automatically make it right.

Man… it’s going to be a real tough challenge to get more money this way though.

I would rather burn the 85% stupid peasants than the 4% witches.

That’s principles for you.

The most beautiful witches are the ones who directly oppose the stupid peasants, rather than the ones who roll over and die, just so that the stupid peasants can rest easier.

Gotta admit, even though Prostasia is on the WRONG side of history on this, gotta give them respects for their bravery and taking the less profitable route. Too many organizations are too interested in money and less on impact overall. But regardless, I do think what Prostasia is doing will NOT keep kids safe and will only further pornogrify our culture. Child sex dolls are not a victimless crime.

They are absolutely victimless. Pornogrifying culture is not a thing.
